pretty weekend

A flower surprise

 yummy tea with fancy tea cups

 And lots and lots of rain.
so the boot's stayed out... which I don't mind so much.

(I think I should throw a fall toned pillow on that chair... I'm thinking this or this... any other ideas?)

 

Made potato soup to keep us cozy

 and when the sun came out, the hummingbirds fought over my feeder.

and on a not so pretty note, I tried to use our carrots for the soup....
guess I pulled it too soon...

Oh Southern Cali Growing season, you never cease to confuse me.
